This session will be co-presented by Josie Nancarrow, Senior Exercise Physiologist, and Zac Jefcoate a Regional Manager and Senior Exercise Physiologist with 15 clinical experience.
Josie draws on her seven years of clinical experience to educate others on physical health and to empower them with the knowledge to elevate their overall health and wellbeing.

Zac is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise to increase wellbeing and has written for various men’s health publications as well as appearing regularly as a guest speaker for a variety of health and wellness podcasts in Perth and Australia.
