Yes, Disability Employment by Ontime Healthcare provides support to Workers via the Work Assist Program. 

This program provides support to workers who are having difficulty fulfilling the essential requirements of their role due to a: 

  • Disability 
  • Mental health condition 
  • Physical health condition 
  • Medical condition 
  • Injury  

Workers can also receive support via the Work Assist Program due to their work performance being impacted by a specific event or ongoing personal circumstances. 

CIM Employment by Altius - Employment Consultants will liaise with the worker to develop and implement a personalised support plan to ensure they remained employed.  

Yes. Inclusive employers partnering with Disability Employment by Ontime Healthcare may qualify for a Wage Subsidy as a financial incentive when hiring our Job Seekers. 

This not only enables employers to offer ongoing, sustainable employment, but also supports our Job Seekers. Our friendly and experienced Employment Consultants will discuss a Wage Subsidy on behalf of our Job Seeker during the recruitment process.
